SYNERGESIC was founded by Mr Ajit Telang on 22nd October 1986 as a Business Consulting services firm. The firm offered various services like Marketing Research and Strategic Marketing Services till 2000. Since 2000 Synergesic also started organizing Corporate Training programs introducing their series of programs under the title Spiritual Outlook for Management Enterprises (SOME).
These programs became very popular among the corporates and soon Synergesic teams started conducting these programs for companies like Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Limited, Mahindras, Appllo Tyres Bosch etc. Synergesic was also invited to offer such programs in prestigious universities like North Easter Illinois University in Chicago, USA.
Today Synergesic’s Corporate training division has about 10 different programs specially designed for the clients. Synergesic Training Division also conducts Social training programs on subjects like Empowerment for Parenting Initiative and Challenges (EPIC), Teachers’ Training Programs and Youth Empowerment Programs designed for the new generation. These programs are backed up with 12 years research in India and USA amongst the 10000 parents and teachers.
